Goodbye April

Can you believe how quickly this year has gone already? No? Just me? Almost in May already! It’s surprising how quickly time flies when real life hits.

Only a handful of months remaining until I make the big move to England – eep! Still haven’t got my passport organized, let alone flights! Must add that to my never ending “To Do” List.

So what’s new, you ask? Apart from drowning in my currently work load, not too much.

I went to a Love Vintage show at the start of the month with a fab lady. We even ended up with a tiny section in the South Brisbane News! ~famous life~

  

  

It was my turn to choose the restaurant for date night. Lately I’ve been craving oriental so Peony Fusion it was!

I’m still waiting for the time Kirk & I have a horrible experience. Peony was overall just great. The food was delicious & promptly received, the staff amazingly friendly, and it seemed that everyone sitting around us was from a different country (France & Holland, mainly). Completely affordable – I think between us it came to just over $50. That included: Two entrees, two mains, two House Sakes (I recommend warm sake), and two other drinks.

 

And somehow managed time to visit my sunshine – Miss Penelope.

The only thing that scares me more than how beautiful she’s becoming is how protective of her I’m becoming! Oh gosh, Nellie. I deeply apologise for any erratic behaviour I may display when you’re old enough to understand – just know it’s because I’m crazy about you!
