BSU Campus // Bath's Vintage Market

I’ve been in England for 22 days. Already feeling a little overwhelmed by the amount of things I want to achieve and how quickly time seems to be going.
Yesterday I had coffee with Nicholas Jose, an Australian novelist, who just so happens to be tutoring part time at BSU. His company was absolutely invaluable. I cannot speak anymore highly of him. He completely inspired me and just renewed my sense of direction – which was something I seemed to be lacking of late. I’m now in the process of sorting out a plot for my travels around Europe. So bear with me, hopefully it will make the journey a little more interesting.

The campus here is just so stunning. Everyday I seem to find myself going for walks around the lake, or up to the castle, or finding hidden tracks. With that said, the history behind half of the buildings here is quite haunting (I’ll see if I can manage a “Fun Facts on the History of BSU Campus” post, just so you can understand why I cried stumbling across a dungeon).

A group of people from my Halls and I went to a vintage market. I managed to pick up a vintage Bermona Trend of London hat, plus a delicious coffee, so my day was easily made.

Slowly I'm piecing together each of the little trips around the UK that will take me through until I finish up here and head over to Europe. Very exciting stuff!
But until then, study study study study...
